Adolescence comes with it’s very own set of complexities, wonders, and struggles that teens are learning to navigate. Often the challenges teens face during this time are also influenced by family, friends, community, culture, religion, and broader society. Psychotherapy gives teens an opportunity to grow, heal, and practice skills that will last them for the rest of their lives.
When working with teens I may periodically encourage family sessions in order to foster open communication, trust, and support between family members.

I specialize in working with LGBTQ+, immigrant, and first generation teens and their families.

I can support teens and families who are navigating:
-
Depression
-Self Harm
-Anxiety
-Gender Exploration
-Sexual Orientation
-Coming out
-Low Self Esteem
-PTSD
-Acculturation
-Life transitions

Fees: My fee for individual teen sessions is $200 and family sessions are $250 per session.
