I offer individual psychotherapy to the LGBTQ+, BI&POC, and migrant communities with a special interest in meeting the unique needs of sex workers and multiracial folks within these communities. I enjoy supporting clients on their journey toward healing, meaning making, empowerment, and exploration.
I will help you address things like:
-Anxiety
-Depression
-Substance use
-Complex trauma
-Grief
-Community violence
-Migration trauma
-Non-monogamous relationships
-Sexual exploration
-Gender exploration
And anything else you feel you would like support around in your life.

My theoretical orientation is psychodynamic, that means that I believe the therapeutic relationship we form can be a space where you learn to build trust with another person. In this relationship you may learn things like; how to be vulnerable, express and process emotions, and set boundaries in a safe environment. Together we will co-create a space that feels right for you. I will listen, be present, and prioritize the work we do together. As we move through the therapeutic process we will begin to see patterns emerge, both old and new, and it is through this that we begin to learn more about you. During this process you might learn things about yourself that you want to cherish and nurture while others you may want to change. Together we will forge a path where you can become more aligned with who you want to be.

Fee: My fee is $200.00 for individual sessions and $220.00 for couples.
